avoid purchasing off people that deserve all that they don't get. you know the ones i mean ...the slime cocky stunts on the end of a phone you've just paid an arm and a leg for a product they never had in stock in the first place ..or they send you it without all the parts. that whole situation ...where the've been doing it for so long they have lost all moral code and sit there wearing lacoste t-shirts that came from a staving country ...drove to work in a 3.0 soprts car that youve part paid for, blasting out fumes which evebtually will detroy the future enviromnet for your grandkids. these people need realignment. but you cant downa phone they know it and actually get a buzz from your discomfort. |

Yes. I am dealing with some of those sort of wastes of skin at the moment. Luckily since about 18 months back when I got fed up of it and adopted a policy of not only getting the refund/replacement, but also something extra for the hassle, that I have come out on top, every single time (current one is pending, but it's looking this one will be resolved the same way). |

cool. you seem to have the method. you should teach people how to get their money back....wow, id buy that tutorial book/dvd. ( as long as it arrives in the post on time with the 'dvd' included. youd make millions , do we really know how many people get ripped off in mail order every day. im waiting for 10 items to arrive. i cant leave the house. |

Most people give up after 4/5 emails/phone calls, if that. I have managed to teach the gf how to do it and she got back about £300 a phone company owed her, so perhaps there is a market in teaching people how to do it. It helps to have friends who are lawyers who will write letters for beers (as opposed to £50 a time) as well as a basic working knowledge of trading standards and distance selling law. |
