I've fallen head over heels in love with this Swedish pop label, Labrador Records, since I got hold of their quadruple compilation box "Labrador 100", celebrating the labels 100th release since it's launch in 1998. There are so many great pop songs in this box of the kind you just have to play over and over and over again, by the likes of The Radio Dept., The Legends, Suburban Kids With Biblical Names, Acid House Kings, Douglas Heart and The Mary Onettes. I'm stunned over the fact that Swedish pop music actually is this good. I mean, fuck The Cardigans and give me some Labrador!
