Smoked salmon is really nice. Smoked salmon (cold) with
vodka is my favourite, but smoked salmon with white toast
and poached egg is damned good too.

oo smoked salmon and vodka... sounds interesting. I never
knew vodka was used for anything other than making Italian
vodka sauce or getting absolutely smashed. You're so
sophisticated, Ceri. :)

Just for clarity Sclah (as I had scrambled eggs and smoked
salmon on toast for the first time yesterday morning), do
you have the smoked salmon as it normally is, in sheets,
just served with scrambled egg on toast, or should it be
served the way I was presented it (which wasn't very good
and I'm sure must be wrong), with the salmon ripped up and
cooked in the egg, almost like an omlette on toast?

salmon are sentient and are more intelligent than humans.

humans are dumb selfish twats that will destroy EVERYTHING
for a silly products like automated tie racks and finger
nail driers.

very controversial opinions you have there, made all the
more shocking by the irrefutable scientific evidence you
present

Scrambled eggs on toast, then salmon slices on top

That's what I thought (well, I'd say toast->salmon->egg,
personally), I imagine that'll taste much nicer than the
thing I had. I'll ask them to cook me some next time I'm
eating out for breakfast. If you've not had it with a
poached egg give that a go too.

i cant deal with scrambled egg and salmon because the salmon
is too chewy and it doesnt work well once inside the mouth,
although the taste is splendid of course

Proper smoked salmon should be tender and not very chewy at
all
