Which brand?
For how long?
Do you want to quit or are you content with your habit?

stopped without realising, which was nice.

i freaking hate the fact i can buy them so easily , i would
have gave up years before .

i gave up last july started up again 7 months later ( 7
months is really good for me)

i just gave up again on sunday.

what i hate ...and this is weird...all the people i know
that smoke dont care., they say "I hope I die young, who
wants to get old ?? skin up!!"

are they completely fuking insane or is it me? they wont
just die young they will become seriously ill and live the
remaining days of there lives sick and bed ridden
suffercating in phlem and cancer lumps. suffercation is one
of the worst forms of death.imo

you give up ...you live healthy for longer, you see your
grand kids and can play in the park with them rather than be
a grumpy old git that shouts at them for playing to loud.

you give up you save LOADS OF MONEY , particularly if your a
dope head.

you give up, you smell better your teeth are cleaner. your
house is fresher.

you give up you can run and cycle further and faster and arm
wrestle your nan better and more comfortably

you give up you dont have that dread hanging over your head
that your gonna die next year or something else terrible.

you give up you stop funding the evil of this world the
multi nationals that would sell your mothers kidney if they
thought they could get away with it.

my favorite is this ....when i wake up in the morning i feel
healthy and cleaner and my lungs arnt on fire or scalded.

its a better way to start the day .

and i can buy thing that i need like a new EMulator

how many reason do we need???

it only takes one cigy for me to become a fag ash again.

err.

blah blah

since i was 15, so 6 years now.

i'll smoke between 1 and 3 bali shag cigarettes during the
day, and that number can increase up to 7 or 8 depending how
much im drinking in the evening.

my mistake ....

*
remaining years of their lives sick and bed ridden.

(or suicide ?? if they can manage it)

---------

and what is this all for ???

that little hit ....cigarettes do FUCK ALL!!!!!!

they just keep you stable due to the addiction of
nicotine..

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHGGGGGGGGGG

and rest.

Since the age of 14.

Benson gold. 20 - 30 a day. Easily 50 If I end up going on a
heavy night out although the missus usually pilfers about 10
of those.

I am content with my habit. It goes well with so many
things. A cup of tea, a pint, after any meal, first thing in
the morning, just because I havent had one for an hour etc.
Theres always a reason to smoke.

offline freqy on 2007-08-21 17:32 [#02112789]

roll ups are slightly less worse for you than cigarettes
....cigys have chemicals to keep em burning. ( if you use
filters that is) and they are smaller too.

thats why when you put a cigy down it burns away to ash but
a roll up goes out .....oh god i need a smoke....even tho i
know it will only make me feel old dull and worn out

this is only day 2 after all... i'm going for a jog around
the block.

offline freqy on 2007-08-21 17:36 [#02112790]
Points: 18724 Status: Regular | Show recordbag

hang on that may be untrue then ....cause if the ciggy burns
away whilst your not smoking that means less smoke in you.

hang on im sposed to be going ot for a jog....cant i stay
here instead?....no...o.k im going for it.

Yes, Marlboro Red's when I used to smoke daily (maybe 3-4
years).

Now, I smoke maybe one week out of the month (about 2
years). Usually rolling tobacco or American Spirits
depending on how much I have to spend. It's the perfect
health/expense ratio.

I don't want to talk about other people's habits right now.
I can quit anytime I want. (starts frantic
picking through ashtray soot)

Lucky Strikes 1 pack a week, or Drum Shag one package 2
weeks or so, depends.
