when i sleep in USA-AOK, asia, europe sites are working. our IT dept is centralized in detroit (our world hq). so we're responsible for everything at every site/office. we have local support that know how to do minimal stuff, but all arch/design/support/etc comes from our group in detroit. so yes, always on call to an extent. sometimes good, sometimes #%#@%@#$!@!@$ |
