i too want spooky sounds. i usually cut things out of horror
movies and sample them to death.

I quite like Oddly Organ for cheesy b-movie style organ
lines.

If you want something more realistic, Native instruments' B4
(or B4 II) does a decent emulation of a B3 and you can get
sounds like an analogue synth trying to do an organ through
their Pro-53 program too.
