wise words Optimus. And here was me thinking you'd come out
with something profound like 'freedom is the right of all
sentient beings'.

offline optimus prime on 2007-08-11 17:38 [#02110575]
Points: 6447 Status: Lurker

freedom is the right of all lesser forms of life. sentience
is inherently confining.

i'm still wondering how this song got on my HDD, it just
sits there, and i scroll past it every day, thinking what
the hell it is, but i never listened to it. Untill just
now.

I love this mp3, i will take it to bed with me

although i don't think it's an incredible track, hearing it
again i must acknowledge that the melody will probably haunt
me for the rest of my life.
it's a forgettable magical track. the ultimate gem. and
that's about as much worshipping as i can take for today.

Doing a little internet search, and not having much luck,
what release is this track on, discogs isnt helping much,
looked up "As one", thats an artist I can get behind.

What else should one pick up besides Trainer and Bytes, it
would be nice to get every 12" mix thy have ever done, but
whats the next best thing?

Hows a person supposed to look up the lable:
New Electronica?

There usually are URLs to websites, but not this time.

A lot of the stuff not on Warp is very hard to come by,
there's really no reason to give into it and fork over a ton
of money that the artist will never see.

This is readily available.

Other stuff to try and find that's not on Trainer:
LAZY_TITLE
LAZY_TITLE

As for New Electronica, it's defunct, so you can't buy this
stuff new anymore, unless someone like smallfish or juno
uncover some unopened copies and decide to sell them.

BTW Temple of Transparent Balls is going to get remastered
and re-released on SOMA sometime in the near future, so I
would definitely wait for that to come out if you're
interested in hearing it.

The Mind over Rythem looks really neat, as does Scalaland.
Revpersona, you wouldnt be interested in trading an email or
two perhaps?

Thansk for the Transparent Balls headsup.
