That new hyped up monster movie with no name Pretty cool trailer . Everybody first thought it was a new Godzilla movie but the director (jj abrahams "Lost" ) says no . Its a new monster that we havn't seen before. Others thought it was the upcomming Voltron movie cause it sounds like one of the people running screams "I saw it , its a Lion , its huge!!!" Some speak of a big parasite thingy that kills everyone in new york and later that camera is found that is shooting the whole thing in the trailer , kinda like "blair witch project" Very smart marketing technique and cool trailer. The buzz is huge alredy and sites with theories and shit is popping up like crazy. |

Been reading around a bit on this now and the most believable rumour is that this is indeed a huge monster movie vs Blair witch project thing. The story is told thru a montage of different hand held camera footages in the middle of all the terror. Cool if its true. Oh and apparently the line is not "Its a Lion! Its huge!" LOL!! (i heard that too) Its is "It's alive! It's huge! " |

correct. if this is done correctly, it'll be awesome. I actually thought season 1 of LOST with all the fuzz about that monster was quite cool. the series got shitty later on, though. |

I saw a movie called Son of Mothra recently; it was outstanding. Tiny people fly around on a tiny moth inside a normal sized people house. Then the family tries to hide a baby giant moth inside a baby carrier on an airplane. I forgot what happens after that... But then after that, it just kept getting better and better, I think!! Actually I got tired of laughing and fell asleep, but I really want to see it again. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find a single trace of it online. It's almost as if I made this all up in a crazy fever dream. Scary. The mystery trailer looks like just another catastrophe flick but shot by the folks behind The Office tv show. I laughed out loud at the lion part. |

I don't think it will be the typical monster movie . The budget for this thing is "only" 30 milion $ . I think it will be more suspensë and story then a huge CGI thing going around wrecking shit. Or atleast we can hope , i hate big monster movies . I love the office by the way , both english and american version hehe =) On a sidenote : sometimes when i write stuff here at xlt there are mysterious little dots that pop up over some of my letters for no reason , and it looks like i write my shit in elvish or something haha! Is this only happening to me ? |

I thought this was old news? Theres a number of posters with words such as Monstrous and Diabolical across the top. It seems 01-18-08 is the title. Gutted if its the release date too. January movies are always shit. |

I saw this trailer before the Transformers movie and it was a lot better than that piece of silliness. Sure the robots looked cool but they when they spoke.... *slaps forehead* Anyway this msytery movie looks to be a refreshing change to the kiddy superhero/supervillain formula. Actual moster movie for adults. And did anyone see the origional japanese Godzilla?... one of the best anti war movies ever made. Not for kids at all. |
