Well, you can be obese and active enough - obese is a state, not an action; by that, I mean that an obese person may have reached the point where they've decided they're chubby enough that they had better lose the weight & embark upon a course of exercise and healthy eating, before their heart & lungs are crushed. So, being obese means you're dangerously unhealthy, but not necessarily that you aren't active enough. |
