i might have to take classes for that, man. i can get moved deeply by a real nice tune... but when it comes from me i typically get cheesed out. i just don't know what to do. part of me is fine with my headspace getting filled up for like 4 minutes by stuff like this, but another part of me would just love to be able to make the kinda stuff that's in voyager, seba & lotek, the black dog.. those tunes are so good |

the melody that's in that song "Cost II", which is from Temple of Transparent Balls, can almost immediately put me out for good (well, for 6 minutes at least) i wouldn't even know how to begin writing that kind of melody |
