Publicity stunt. His last album only sold about 250000
copies. If it had got a full release most people wouldn't
have noticed nor give a fuck. Good marketing.

mail on suday i think, the album is actually pretty good. If
it wasn't released like this i probably wouldn't have even
known Prince had a new album out.

The mail on sunday have been into free CDs for ages,
possibly the first to do it. Pretty much every CD/DVD my
parents have is from the mail on sunday.
