All this Tuss Talk got me to remembering the closing track
on Autechre's Confield CD. On my old boombox, if I
fastforwarded or rewound the final few minutes a surprise
happened. That's right, it sounded exactly the same! The
song is a magnification of itself, and therefore truly
amazing!

I don't know the BPM, but I urge you to try it for yourself.
If you are lucky enough to have a player that searches at
the right speeds, these schizo vibes could go on forever...

I hope this isn't old.

i was always blown away by how gradual the track's
self-mutilation is.

shouldn't be hard to past the same thing in different
octaves or scaling pitches on top of itself repeatedly.

Also, if you listen to it carefully, you can hear Brian Eno
eating an apple.

that reminds me of paul mccartney eating celery on a super

bit

it would be awesome slowed down, reversed, a little echo
added and the vocals from human by the human league layered
on top of it.

i'm still perfecting the machine needed to make copies of
it. it requires a golden crank made from the teeth of hip
hop people and i also need santa claus to sneeze on it.

i did it! it was hard turning the crank and getting
santa to sneeze at the same time but i think it was worth
it.

That last track is awesome. I just love songs that build up
in such a subtle way. I find it really hard to listen to
that track in isolation. normally I MUST listen to the
previous two tracks to enjoy the last one properly.

that's when you know an album is an Album and not just a
collection of songs.
