everytime i sing one of these two songs in my head, it
slowly morphs into the other. they have similar bass lines,
beats, and im not sure but the little melodic bits here and
there may be similar as well. they're just plain similar.

There are strong similarities. The first time I heard
rushup I immediatedly thought of redlof

he probably used the same midi file/session to make both
songs

oh wait nevermind Aphex is straight up analog/stone age and
did all the sequencing using wooden pegs on a large wooden
wheele being rotated by several slaves.
