 | I know there's already a rate your anime thread here, but this movie probably deserves a little special attention.

 It's a surrelist, twisted sci/fi fantasy that's getting some
nationwide attention here in the U.S.... just saw it at a
local theatre and enjoyed it very much.

 | Yes, Paprika is pretty good. It's a movie I wouldn't mind watching again, if only just to better understand the plot.
The first time around was just for watching awesome
 animation.

Paranoia Agent wasn't so great for me though. After
watching four or five episodes, I lost interest and started
watching The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya instead. Now
that's a show! Ha ha ha ha.

 | Haruhi is awesome! You may just need to get a few more episodes into it!

 That's an anime where I'd actually love a second season;
usually, one is enough, but with Haruhi, I could see them
making a second season that actually made sense to make...

 | I suppose it's because there were more fun times to be had with the S.O.S. Brigade. They are like friends to me.

I like drama also, just something bothered me about Paranoia
Agent's. Perhaps I should give it another try; I heard the
 ending is amazing!

 | Ok, just bought it, just watched it.. AWESOME!
Beautifully animated from start to end. Even if the story is
kind of lacking in places, it manages to keep going.. and
the music.. the music is awesome! Especially the one playing
at the menu of the DVD, the one called Parade in the
official soundtrack. A sort of cut-up version of the main
theme (nigeru mono) with marching band stuff on.

I love the stuff all the dreaming people say.
