I'd guess the purpose of mods is to protect the liability of the site owner in case some nutsack types something especially offensive, if there even is any legal hot water there. All well hopefully qrter will just sue phobiazero instead of me, for that one time I posted a picture of guile saying 'are you man enough to fight with me' to a battered and bruised chun li, thus shattering his manhood forever, not that he had much to shatter.
