So this guy drives around town quite a bit, stopping
at the skate park, stopping here and there. Last week there
were 10 minutes out of town, at teh Strawberry Farm, and
they drove past our house. We were actaully getting to some
yardwork. The dude let my 14 month old try and talk on the
bullhorn :). The hottie gave us a couple of Sugar Free
(requested) Bulls. They dont have the ache that the full
sugar ones do. But my problem is paying $1.99 for a cute
little red-bull. The promotions are a great idea, but they
can only Hook-Line-And-Sinker me, about 1-2 times a month.

that's fucking ridiculous

yet another example of rip-off England

a Red Bull (offical can) over here can cost anywhere between
£1.20 and £1.60 depending on where you go.

($2.36 - $3.15 conversion)

Yes, when I see music promotions (the stickers, the free
cds) the free skateboard videos, it harks me back to a
simpler time before teh nets.

And getting your product out there is a huge part of the
promotion aspect, you loose some money, but you certainly
hope to get it back when the respective folks buy your crap.

I see the redbull truck driving around my city occasionally
but never knew that I could get free redbulls from him. I
always thought the idea of those things was to make you see
it driving by you on the road, in hopes that you'll say "I'm
quite parched and a little tired, I could go for one right
now!" and stop in at the nearest gas station. I was even
stopped at the same gas station as redbull car once and
could've asked for one right then and there. Bah, I'll never
forgive myself.

nevermind. just checked on the website. Of course it
contains aspartame. Everybody LOVES aspartame. Yay! They
should make these cans green and add replace the bull with a
bull skeleton.
