Maybe old news? LAZY_TITLE

"New record from Venetian Snares operating under a (not so)
secret alias"

very old news actually

aaron's singing in "You're a nice girl" gave it away, aswell
the fact that he said so himself on a forum once

Yes, I know a lot of people on ye olde zilty thought it was
Snares. This is the first 'official' word I'd heard on it,
though.

I reviewed Last Step's contribution to project 168. not
enough new tracks on the new LP i think.

read my review -> LAZY_TITLE

The first track of the LP is amazing. To the point in which
it seems like he had a little "help" writing it. It
actually feels like a proper SONG, whereas everything else
seems more like pseudeo snares wank on analog equip.

It's good, but it certainly isnt great by any means. If the
rest of the songs were as iconic and original as the first
one, this album would have been very rememberable.

eh, but if you really listen, they are just his 380bmps
slowed down, but take away all of the gabber and idm sounds
and throw in some 808 state sounds.

i still like it ( a weee bit) but what the heck is going on

under the v snares name.

He's lame. That track "Contrast" sounds like an out-take
from Druqks 6 years too late. Everything he does is
mediocre.

speaking of 2005... or was it earlier than that when i last
posted here?

anyhoo...

wtf?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? Snares doing AFX???????

so i say to y'all, compare last step's - sonic blue
with Vsnares' - hospitality (when the vib ribbon kicks in at
0:26)

I'm sure you've all got both of those tracks.

i feel sick when i listen to this, kinda like i can tell
it's him because of all the familiar samples he always uses,
but it just feels like he's holding back for no apparent
reason...

AND I JUST WANT HIM TO BUST INTO A BIG DIRTY MASHUP TANTRUM
A LA TRACK 7 OF RCAS, BUT HE WONT FUCKING DO
IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and last step was some retarded afx stuff only ripped off by
someone even more retarded...
