on my old one, theres a button on the bottom of the back. took me ages to figure it out. push the button in with your thumb, then when you slide that point along the length of the phone, the whole back comes off. |

on the 3310 that button does basically fuck all, nokias have always been funny for getting the back off in my experience, dead stiff. best way is to press firmly with both thumbs down on the back case and try to slide it upward, should pop off in the end |

Haha, yeah, it's like you have to push up at precisely the right spot, otherwise it just does nothin'! I'm very glad I managed to get the damn thing open. |
