wish i had seen them earlier!
and i only watched Star Wars about 3 months ago, even though i'm of the Star Wars generation (just about!)...i'm glad i watched them with an adult perspective instead of a clouded nostalgic one

i have never seen:
Krzy¿acy, Cz³owiek z ¿elaza, Cz³owiek z marmuru, Struktura kryszta³u.
Maaaan! I'm happy.
As the matter of fact I have never read "Krzy¿acy" too... and also his (Sienkiewicz's) stupid trylogy too. "Potop" is, by the way, the most boring first-20-pages-beginning book of all time! Fucking moron Sienkiewicz!

The Shinning is awesome. Probably the only horror movie i have ever liked.

Hey! Aren't we a bit too pretentious today?
If you didn't read Sienkiewicz as a 10 year old you are scarred for life. Every male kid has to have his go at both Old Shatterhand and Andrzej Kmicic. You are free to despise it later.

Love The Shining, even if it is a signifigant departure from the Stephen King novel.

I had the book, it was better than the film. About 3 years ago I picked up the book and out dropped a slip of paper with Stephen King's autograph on it. I'd totally forgot that I'd got him to sign it at a bookstore in London when I was about 12 or 13. I didn't really know much about him at the time. Sold it on eBay for about £80.
But yeah, the books excellent and the film's classy too. The music on the opening credits is awesome.
