I was hoping someone who has a microkorg could help me out.
I'm trying to create a patch where vibrato gets stronger the longer you hold down the note. Like, when you first press the key, there is no vibrato, but as you hold it in, the vibrato depth grows, up to a maximum amount.
It's easy to set up constant vibrato by making a patch from LF.2 -> Ptc and setting the MOD INT to adjust the depth. But since you can't set a patch's MOD INT as the destination param of a patch, I can't figure out how to do what I want.
Any ideas? Is it possible?

don't know the microkorg specifically but if you can apply an env (with long attack) to the lfo, that's it

It seems with the microkorg you can only apply an EG to an LFO's frequency, not the amount the LFO affects the pitch parameter. I don't want the vibrato to speed up; I want it to bend the pitch more and more.

Yeah, you can't do it on an mK. You MIGHT be able to do something with the EG and the frequency, but it won't be the exact thing you're looking for.
End result: Get an Alesis Ion.

or you could do it by hand =) raise the depth according to your taste while playing
btw, it's really weird they didn't provide a way to do that on the microkorg
it's like, one of the most common feature of every synths i tried, oh well...

You would be surprised at how many synths overlook that.

Yeah, I can't seem to do it on the Subtractor, (the subtractive synth in Reason) either.

You can do it with Subtractor. Its roundabout, but you can do it. I don't use reason anymore because I don't use cracked software, so I can't explain how (I forget).

Ok, I figured out how to do it with the Subtractor.
First, set up your patch so that the mod wheel affects the vibrato depth. This is easy: Set LFO1 dest to OSC1,OSC2, and turn up the mod wheel's LFO knob to the max vibrato depth you want. Set LFO1 amount to 0. Set LFO1 rate to the vibrato rate you want.
Now, (on the back) run a patch cord from Modulation Output: Mod Env -> Modulation Input: Mod Wheel.
Now set the Mod Env as follows: A=length of time for vibrato to fully come in D=0 S=max R=0
