i know its probably a stupid question but dont know a lot
about specs of soundcards i mean with the m-audio fast track
pro they are higlighting the feature with external headphone
amp.

this feature is not on these cards but will i able to pre
listen in traktor or is it recommended to just use you build
in soundcard from the laptop to prelisten??

you need one with 4 or more channels if your planning on
using it for traktor, cause it cant deal with both an
external and internal soundcard (as of yet)

yeah but i think its weird on the behringer there is a
special headphone output (but this counts as a fake output
or not?
it has 2 in and outs but they aint saying if its mono or
stereo

With the behringer you can count on something being thrown
in that is a WTF that they market on the box as something
useful. Like that extra headphone out is probably just the
out for an extra audio in that doesn't actually get
processed by the card, only gets sent straight through to
the out.

yeah i probably know now that the behringer one sucks
but still didnt find a good one for around 200euros
all the soundcards mentioned in the first post probably aint
have two stereo channels out

any people know some good audio interface
that is totally compatible with traktor and is external?

Also is there a big difference between ubs and firewire
interfaces

i mean do you really hear or feel the difference between
speed wich audio transmits or somehting??
