This word has so many multiple definitions it is rather hard, but I think the opposite of all the definitions combined is:
a flea.

Hmm, no... if, for example, the cuntychuck of our universe happened to travel to and live this other opposite universe, we should be able to refer to our cunty chuck by saying:
'cuntychuck from the opposite universe' and therefore: 'cuntychuck's opposite self from the opposite universe' should refer to the opposite one (from our universe's perspective) in that universe.
I don't know; this all made me very confused.

But if "our" cuntychuck happened to live at the other side, we wouldn't need to address him as "cuntychuck from the other side", he would be the only cuntchurch

Maybe if you assume the two opposite selves would neutralize eachother... wait, no because then neither of them would exist. But if our cuntychuck traveled to the opposite universe, I'd guess both the opposite cuntychuck and the non-opposite cuntychuck (or vice versa from their perspective) should both exist in the same universe...
wait! I think you might be right. If our cuntychuck heads west towards the opposite universe, maybe the opposite cunychuck would head east toward ours at the same speed, and therefore enter our universe as soon as ours entered that one, and so perhaps both cuntychucks (by the way the opposite one is probably called penisyjane or something only in opposite letters) can't be in the same universe at once.
A way to change this might be to add a fifth direction to north/south/east/west... perhaps 'furth'. For while east is obviously the opposite of west, what is the opposite of furth? If cuntychuck travels furth, the opposite cuntychuck won't know which way to go, perhaps.

M w M from the opposite universe. However, I am the true opposite one and he is the true non-opposite one; we just traded universi. I have to keep myself hidden because if humanity ever saw me they couldn't comprehend my oppositeness. Their brains might not even be equipped to handle that information thus rendering me invisible to them, but I simply can't risk it as the consequences could be devastating.

pff... that doesn't make any sense! That's like saying white colored black.
But anyway the opposite is a house.
Man, this sucks... I've been trying to sleep off my life and for 3 consecutive nights I've had nightmares I remembered (for awhile when I woke up at least) that are worse than my reality. My dad was pointing a shot gun at me and I was wanting him to shoot me; I was all twitching and shit in the (facing the) corner hyperventilating, having no idea where the blast might hit. One of the previous dreams I seriously think I had a date with a giant worm but I only remember a grain of it.
