Teo and Tea

Has anybody here listened to the new J.M.Jarre album, "Teo
and Tea"? I have heard it, and it is a load of crap! He has
gone cheesy-eurodance style. He used to make very good,
atmospheric albums (not as good as Aphex Twin Selected
Ambient Works, but still good.) Now he just makes rubbish!

Yeps, got it. Fresh News and Chatterbox are great IMO, but
the rest, as you said, is very cheesy. Wish he would do
something a bit more groundbreaking. Metamorphoses and Oxy
7-13 were awesome.

He's planning on releasing Oxygene outtakes apparently,
watch this space.

Those are the two tracks I like, actually (although I have a
strange soft spot for the title song, dated and cheesy as it
is.) I also agree that Oxygene 7-13 and Metamorphoses are
excellent; especially Oxygene 12 and "Miss Moon". I can't
believe the same guy did Teo and Tea! Mind you, a lot of his
older albums have some really embarassing moments.

I like that feeling though. I will go to the grave having
done a lot of shit things, including this post, but I will
never be guilty of willingly listening to this fucking
nancy.

almost.
