There is the International version, and then there is the US version, about 20 minutes longer. I just downloaded the US version the other night and watched it: half of it is existing scenes pared down, and half of it is new scenes: in the beginning Danny is investigated by a doctor after his teeth brushing incident with Tony - and the dr asking Wendy about stuff: like how Danny dislocated his shoulder etc. Later on, Wendy & Danny are shown watching a film on TV in the Overlook. It's worth downloading as it does add a bit more back-story and stuff, but it's nothing really vital. |
