Camp Crystal Lake from my upcoming revisualisation of Friday
the 13th.

I hope the one listener enjoys it! (w M w).

your timing for posting spams is impeccable, they always
come along when im in the mood for your kind of stuff. this
is really good although i really dont think it needs the
beat but i like i said, its that time of night. some
automation on the length of your delays to give them
variation maybe? at 1:55ish there was a bit where i thought
someone was in the room with me. actually ive changed my
mind about the beat, it has grown on me. i like how its gone
in to that other synth, i hardly noticed it happening. the
vocal works well. nice distorted ending. movie music,
hurrah!

mr. marlowe, i'm going to add my track, but first I'd like
to comment on yours if you don't mind.

GRAVITY HOLE

as i'm listening i feel all ring modded out. which is nice,
strings change from a soft swell to some brassy inharmonic
chords... a very nice dissonent chord progression. plus the
swells always morph, ooh.... i like the drums that come in
:) a nice fuzz to them . sounds like goblins taking over my
soul a slow bit by bit sort of feeling with these drums.
synth starts getting heavier too with the delays synched up.
and then the bass comes in :) and "the moon will come down
and destroy us all" NICE :)

what do you think about adding some sampled screams or
whispers? undecipherable of course, but maybe to counter act
the melody/harmony you've got going on? just my two cents...
enjoyed listening.

Thanks for the listen, guys :) I also felt like there was
someone in the room during parts of the track! The speaking
and distorted crescendo at the end are both me - one
whispering and the other speaking into da mic (the first
thing which entered my head - Quoth, it was 'number' not
'moon' ;)

I really liked Gravity Hole - an excellently apt title, btw
- filled with darkness swirling - very impersonal and
ominous!

i really should post the new zio magus album, but i don't
feel like it. marlowe would love it, i'm sure.

Very successful doing what was intended as a horror piece.
Dissonant chords, and the 'beat' has a grotesque freddy
krueger face-esque quality. It's interesting how a single
droning tone can create actual suspense (used in movies
frequently) I guess because you're listening to something
(with a lot of symmetry) that has to resolve somehow and you
don't know how or when (practically always resolves into a
scream from seeing a cat suddenly then sighing a breath of
relief and saying 'oh whiskers...' then repeat about 5 times
with other false startles until finally your pretty
indifferent with the whole thing when the real killer
finally appears in not so scary fashion)

haha I found it quite 'cutesy' and amusing rather than
horrific :)
It's good though.

Enjoyed them both. I've got quite the pfs collection coming
along. I enjoy your melodic tracks more however, like
crowflow, lamp tilt, mango & trash, the ballad of you and
me, etc..

Gwely, I love you <3

- Have you checked out the two tracks for my Videogame? They
are "Super Metal Power III" & "Also Sprach die Roboter" ;)
