I have the fucking daddy of all tooth aches at the moment. Imagine the high pitched ventolin squeem manifested into a tooth ache. It's difficult locating the pain as it's more internal, one moment it's more to back set, the next it spreads a little more to the front. It makes me want to cry like a little girl. It's the pain you sometimes get from drinking something really cold without having to drink something cold, although drinking something makes it worse. The thing is, getting a dentist appointment takes 1-2 months around here. You'd think I was living in poverty with no access to health care, but no i'm a middle class white boy who can't get dentist appointment. Anyway, I took some painkillers about an hour ago and I think it's starting to work. I hope my teeth don't fall out. I'm only 24, I was hoping I'd at least make into my 30s with a full set of teeth.

Is it a pulsating pain? Than you probably need a root canal treatment. If you wait to long, your dentist wont be able to save your tooth

Shit man, yes it is a pulsating pain. Can't get a dentist appointement for at least a month. Maybe I should just remove it manually, if only I knew which was causing the pain.

It felt like that earlier. I tried to read but couldn't. Watched a bit of 'Crimes and Misdemeanors' but turned it off because it annoyed me. Painkiller is working, but it's still pulsating, a little less sharply which makes it more bearable. My only option is to storm into the dentist's office and make a scene by demanding he sees me at once.

I don't even remember that.
i just can't stand it when people chop up single words.
Please be stubborn and do spell it any way you please, and do be stubborn and neglect to see a dentist immediately. I hope your teeth fall out, followed by a gallon of blood which you would have to swallow to stay alive.

You could try to remove the tooth on your own. Maybe with a screwdriver or some kind of monkey wrench

it could also be a cancer of the gum if the pulsating still feels despite taking painkillers.
check an oncology clinic before the dentist man.

well, pain hasn't stopped. drank about 7 painkillers but it's as if they only work for 20 minute periods. smoked some skunk to alleviate the pain, helped a bit, i would focus more clearly on the pain and for moments i could completely get rid of it through power of the mind (woah!). had a hell of a night though, tossing and turning. i tried to make the best of the pain, trying to enjoy those moments of relief when the pain subsides momentarily. right now it's going through bouts, i seem to be in some kind of remission stage but the next wave should be here at any moment.

hmm, coke helps for a lot of things but in this instance maybe warm coke. the sensation of brushing my teeth really helped for some reason. could be the massaging effect of the toothbrush on the nerves.

well, i went to the dentist really early this morning and sat around waiting for an open spot. after reading time magazine for about half an hour they called my name. the dentist tested my teeth by knocking on my teeth checking for reactions and so on. one of the teeth in the back left seemed to be the most sensitive. so he started to drill. after some time of drilling he said "oh, this is definitly the one!". he started getting into a tiff with his assistant because there wasnt any 56b or something, he said "forget it! give me a 55!". it started sounding like an emergency surgery procedure that's going horribly wrong because there is insuficient equipment. but it turned out alright in the end. it's a root canal or something. something is fucked inside. he couldn't give me a straight answer, all i know is i have to go back for two more appointments two weeks apart from another. the first apppintment i could get was the 22nd may. these guys are full to the teeth. my whole face is completely numb now. i'm really struggling to eat these chicken nuggets.
Ceri, goes to show how much that word is used!
