he peddles depression like no other. Every time I read
something about NIN he has to mention how depressed or upset
he is. Its always the same teenage angst with him. Gotta
keep that goth demographic.

How do you know though? You just don't like his recent
music, so to you that means he hasn't put much into it, much
effort, whatever. To him the music might be the best he's
ever written, for many different reasons.

I don't like NIN, but I don't doubt he's passionate about
what he sings about. My problem is he usually sings about
depressing topics.

i really can't decide if i want to go see NIN next Tuesday.

Are they any good on stage (if you're not obsessed with
them)?

Nin are good on stage.

if the sound system is up to par they are quite enjoyable
even if you arent a big fan.

i've seen em twice and they kept on getting better, one was
the fragility 2.0 tour and the most recent "with teeth"
tour.... completely different backing band both times, so
it's hard to judge. i would definitely check them out if
you've never seen them live, just hope they don't play "with
a teeth a"... i hate that song.

I've seen them live 4 times and it was always a great show.
At the moore theatre in seattle 1994 is the best show i've
been to ever, from any band or performer.

The song is on their myspace, I really like it!

The whole "Singing about depression thing" is cool with me
cause at least he isn`t faking what he is singing about. Id
rather him not pretend to be happy and sing about it. If I
want to listen to happy music I ll listen to something
else.

The live show is great!
