The "children's TV" intro from the Norwegian state broadcasting corporation, early eighties. Looks a bit creepy today.

I think it was much later than early 80s, but very cool.

Good one!
I always liked the Pinwheel theme/intro.. used to watch it on Nickelodeon as a little kid.. in reruns I assume, considering I most likely wasn't alive when it was made.

The combination of childlike, playful and the sinister impression, and the melody itself.

I didn't think that there was anything remotely BOCish about that music, besides the simple scales and the fact that the sounds were synthesized.

It's the sort of thing I think would appeal to BOC, it makes me think of BOC and the warped memories, both real and illusionary, that their music evokes. I don't think it bears close inspection where you say "Hey, those chord progressions, and lack of crunchy, distressed Hip Hop Beats, and not even a whiff of backwards voices soliciting you to join a cult means this IS NOT BOC". We all know what dear little Sclah means.
