It's a bit crap really isn't it. Better than Medulla but not saying much. I'm listening to 'Scary' right now and it's miles better than anything recent she's done and it's a fuckin b-side

wow, this album is nearly entirely shit. the worst part is that duet that goes on for 7and a half agonizing minutes. "Dull flame of desire" awful awful.

i'm enjoying this quite a lot, particularly the harbour sounds throughout - almost giving a nod to murray schafer and the the world soundscape project.

I am enjoying The Tuss "Rushup Edge". Fresh, simple, melancholic IDM. Bjork with her "Volta" can put a finger up my ass :) She is trying too hard to be original, innovative opera artist meets timbaland and a bunch of old, wild ladies in a jungle. Yeah. Great idea.
Volta, Shmolta.

i think it's a good album. the sounds used, production etc are perfect... it's accessible and quite original at the same time (seems to me like she incorporated a bit of the experimental side of Medúlla into her usual, more "poppy" style). i'm not that fond of Pneumonia and My Juvenile, but the other songs do it for me. i especially like Innocence.

The production, vocals and arrangement on that track Dull Flame Of Desire are horrifyingly awful, Bjork must be totally up her own arse not to see that this is an astonishing turd of a track.
Thankfully, not everything on the album is this bad, but compared to Debut it's still a waste of space.
