The first gen wasn't able to load multiple playlists, did
the apple dev.s, ever think to implement this on the second
gen?

since there is no function to choose between playlists on
the shuffle: no. what you can do, of course, is: create a
single playlist out of the various playlists (pretty easy
using the smartlists in itunes)

yeah, i have a buncha seperate playlists created and swap em
out everytime i recharge and that's about as good as it gets
right there... mhm.
