I'd say 4 rules, then 1 and 2. Very good tracks, really,
simple and groovy!

minimalist impakt braindance

I like track 1 because it has a cool bassline.

OFF TOPIC:
So... in the fah and impakt tape, on the impakt side. those
trakcks that sound like analord spinoffs... what are u rdj
or did rdj ripped them off or what? serious question.

aww, a stupid rar file...
(get it, tigers go "RRrrraaarr!"... and retarded tigers go
"bbbbbhmph!")

Even though I didn't listen, this is one of my favorite
topics ever because its about retarded tigers.

how does one 'enjoy' a retarded tiger?
you rude man/thing!

offline w M w from London (United Kingdom) on 2007-02-20 20:30 [#02052944]

I wish I was retarded. I wish I was a retarded tiger. But a
rar file is just too computationally complex for me to be
able to listen.

I was disappointed to find out this wasn't your thread.

Existentially, bitterly, German Expressionistically
disappointed. All black and white angles and somnambulists.
Actually it's kind of nice.

It does feature some of my fantastic replies though.

Songs about retarded tigers... the idea is so ingenious, I
can't believe its never been done before.

yes but are you aware that some of them sound a lot like
some analords, like there's one that sounds like the end bit
of xmd5?. I'm just trying to put together a timeline or..
well i'm just curious really.

What are these songs like by the way. Do they have any
lyrics about retarded tigers, or growls from retarded
tigers. Retarded tigers are great and humorous + 1.

There's no lyrics or growls, it's more about the essence of
being a tiger with downs syndrome. Instead of being a fierce
predater that fucks all day, you're walking around pondering
about deep philosophical things like; trees and how to climb
them.

It's about being dumb and happy. In a sad way.

offline pigster from melbs on 2007-02-21 05:44 [#02053053]

i kind of felt the retarded tiger vibe going on in the first
track, but after that i stopped paying attention to that.

you really can produce some good musics.
i like your good musics.

To OK: get with the program mate. check out the EAP series
if you think the Fah and Impakt mixtape's analordy....

it's all really good stuff.

no impakt and fah are not RDJ. OR ARE THEY???

(they're not)

yeah i know.
but some of the tracks i'm talking about really sound like
cover versions of analord. Now i see that it was probably
intentional.

where can i find this eap series kaen's site is no longer as
organized

This music is fucking great. Are you sending this to labels?
It's brilliant. You are one of the music makers who restores
my faith in electronic music.

The retarded tiger idea is funny! You have fun ideas, like
this and the Giorgio Constanzo thing, without being
pretentious or overly conceptual and wanky about it.

you already know what i think of the EP mate

fucking wicked, and i feel abit sorry for those retarted
tigers :(
they just don't seem to be... tigery... that way. Anyways
the music does reflect this subject in kinds of ways.

offline Fah from Netherlands, The on 2007-02-21 20:11 [#02053455]

and no, the tape tracks really are a collection of funny
experiments put together or just dug up to compile on
casette. Either way they all -might- be abit influenced
because of the Analord trend that was hoarding the world
back then. Unsuspected influences.
