Born at the Royal Festival Hall on 10 March 2003, the London Sinfonietta / Warp concerts grew out of a shared desire to explore the connection between the electronic experimenters on the Warp label and the avant-garde 20th century pioneers who were their sonic grandfathers, at least on one side. New instrumental versions of Squarepusher and Aphex Twin tracks sit side by side with avant-garde classics.

i went to the concert and it was a great concept but i remember some of it being patchy. but then some of it was great also. i'd have to listen again. actually i'd probably buy this on impulse if i saw it in the shops (unlikely)

A couple of my friends went to this and really enjoyed it. I listened to bits on the radio, but wasn't too impressed with most of what I heard.
The guys who went chatted to afx for a bit afterwards and he seemed to like it, so there you go.
I might get this just so I can mix it in and out with the proper version. maybe
