PC Help: not uploading

I've noticed over the past couple of days that my pc just
won't upload... I tried uploading a torrent to Oink...
connection reset. Tried uploading a file to zebox...
connection reset. In Azureus, none of my torrents are
uploading anything.

Any suggestions?

Fuck if I know. If you delete all your temporary internet
files, clear browsing history, delete recycle bin, use that
stupid disk fragmentizingw eaogj and it still doesn't work..
buy a new computer.

I've also noticed in Azureus that recently, if I test my
port, half the time it has a time-out error. The other half
of the time it's fine. Fucked if I know what has suddenly
caused this. All I know is that it's starting to become
annoying. Grr.

Hmm, I haven't used Azureus since May.

Have you tried finding BitTorrents on isohunt.com?

Your router is set up dhcp, and your computer's IP address
has changed, so your ports aren't forwarding correctly.

Oh yeah..

I think you're supposed to change your IP settings from
dynamic to static.

Thanks, epoh, I'll check that out... but does that apply
specifically to Azureus, because it must be happening on
port 80 also, for it to be affecting my Firefox uploads?

port 80 is probably open in your router for all IP addresses
by default.

I already have a static IP from when I port-forwarded for
Azureus when I set up my internet connection. Also, Dhcp is
not enabled (whatever that means).

My router strength is excellent, and when I did a bandwidth
test it came out just fine. I can't think where the problem
lies :S

Sounds like an MTU size issue. Your computer is trying to
upload chunks bigger than your connection can handle.

Somewhere in your router there's a config page where you can
lower the MTU to 1492. Try that size, and if that doesn't
work, try less.
