Hello, another train track (hoho :() done while bored. This
is a pill head remix of The Greatest Ape by doggy_burp.
It's pretty short and fragmented (nothing new there) but it
is made with only sounds taken from the quite marvelous
original.

Greatest Ape [d45pillheadmix]

It's a great privilege to get the d45 treatment, and
inevitably the results are fantastic, I like the throughly
mangled "dynamic" of the quite "linear" original.

The one thing I'd like to do really is take the last part of
the remix and loop that a bit and introduce the
"wwoooOOOOAaaahhh" synths back on top, but I don't know if
the original "laptop based amateur electronic music
facilitator" can remix a remix of his "own" work.

I was going to write the usual thank you stuff but I thought
I would post another tune instead showing how happy you have
made me :>

(WARNING SHAMELESS APHEX STYLE RIP OFF!!!!)

thank you :)

I listened to it via headphones and my ears feel as raw as a
ho's pussy after a heavy night gang-banging. I laughed at
the drill bit at the end. Nice stuff.

happy (thank you)

Immediately sounds like it's an homage to something from the
Richard D James album. I liked it, but put some EQ/Mastering
effects onto it - through headphones it sounds a bit
scrappy!

Sorry, that may have been due to the volume being too high -
a Prokofiev Sinfonietta came on after and nearly
deafened me.

I like Happy, it makes me Happy, it does what it says and
that's more than can be said for "Ted" which makes me want
to burn down a Wind Farm.

I am collecting all the d45 efforts and once they reach 50
I'm going to collate them on a CD-R and call it The
Braindance Backwards Compilation.

hehe the sound quality might be shit. They were both done
with OTT bass heavy headphones so judging the levels is a
bit tricky especially with the train noises in the
background. But in the words of an old lady "bless your kind
hearts"

Well, the first one is pretty strange. As always dude, i
think it needs to be longer... ; ) The second one is indeed
a representation of happy. : )
