Don't be rude, ask JAroen a question. He loves to
answer questions! (especially mediocre ones)

And ones without question marks, preferably only 2 words.

hey man. it's been ages, you suddenly.. disappeared. you
doing okay?

i'm fine, mostly. broke up with girlfriend, i'm not as bored
as i used to be, lots of alcohol/other substances and high
work pressure at university (also i switched schools,
something that earns me less money but is a lot more fun).
it's all rather bland, but my life has some purpose for the
next couple of years.

godel, plain old chemistry, i want to specialize in
medicinal chemistry or organic synthesis. and if i cant get
a job, i can always become a crazy drug baron.

haha chemical engineering. you get paid the most of all
engineers, virtually no unemployed people 6 months after
graduation. maybe if i do some slick tricks and work for a
pharmaceutical company i'll get the big bucks. more likely
i'll just waste away in the academic world, working 60 hours
a week for a shit pay IN THE BLOODY NAME OF SCIENCE! also
i'll have to wear woolen shirts.

whatever you do, don't do that. not unless you really want
to live in poverty for the rest of your life in the name of
science. i'd rather live in the name of shell, if i were you

its like in geology. you can either go for the big oil
companies and get loaded, or be a piss-poor field
researcher/academic guy.

go for the money!
