Lets slow down hardcore

... and make jack tracks!

I was just listening to some of my old hardcore tracks and
thought to myself just how sexy they could be pitched down
and with a few edits to remove the cheese. Obviously it
helps if the originals have a 303, but feel free to include
one if you need to. Anyway, here is a -7 pitch edit of
A Voice Spoke To Me by Helix, Ad-man and Tekno Dred. It always
was a dirty track, but its sleezier than ever now. And all
the cheesy sections are removed so you can listen to it
without laughing like a 12 year old girl now.

JACK SPOKE TO ME

If this is popular, someone could even make a mix of them
all together. Lets make this happen you cunts!

This was also inspired by vlari's recent hip-hop mix which
made delicious use of Dopplereffekt - Dcientist but slowed
waaaaaay down. If you remember, I also made a thread on the
Aphex mix of Curve - Falling Free which I genuinely think
works better at 33rpm instead of 45rpm. Who knows, maybe i'm
getting old and need to slow things down, but I think it
gives many tracks a completely different (and interesting)
sound when they're played at a speed they weren't intended
at.

In fact, you don't even need to stick to hardcore. If you
have an Enya track that needs to the pitch shift/edit
treatment, give it a go.

I slowed down Vordhosbn 43%a couple of days ago. It was the
coolest triphop I have ever heard.
