i've put up some pieces of songs i made. Not full length

feed back just email me or reply here.
Thanks

slagging me off....grrr

"From there i just worked horrible jobs and played video
games. I listend to alot of music when i went to bed and
would usually stay up till 5 am just listening to stuff. It
got me curious in making my own music. So in late 98' i
bought my first sequencer with what little money i had and
have just gone from there."

You're my hero! I want to just work horrible jobs and play
videogames too. (now I often work 12 hour days of complete
soulessness) What sort of job makes just enough money to
live off of so you can live this type of existence?

I love all your songs. You have to check out
www.mp3.com/imaginary. This is my favorite videogamish
music, but now you are probably the second place, stealing
the place from www.mp3.com/tom7, well I can't say for sure
with your short samples. Check my stuff too at
www.mp3.com/artificialselection

thanks M

checking out your stuff. Some are pretty mental, especially
the first two. i like the ode to tails and dancing elves
just cause they are good.
module 1 is cool, perhaps you could sell it to a company as
a jingle? Im sure the VW company would buy it... heh,

Its good to hear other artists making the same type of
music.

aphyd from i.v. on 2001-06-10 19:48 [#00009071]

your music reminds me of video games

very much like some a.b.b. stuff or m.f.m.

melody's a little slow but that's ok.

sednalom on 2001-06-11 00:10 [#00009127]

feedback, i'll put up some more stuff, some faster stuff for
you aphyd. I got alot more, but i only have 12 mb to play
with.

sednalom is very cool I especially liked 2nd and 3rd tracks,

Chris Ochre from Newcastle, UK. (www.mp3.com/ochre) on 2001-06-11 01:50 [#00009152]

Yeah, that's some cool VG music. I really like 8 bit dreams,
great bassline. Is there any way you could get your music up
with an MSP (mp3.c, Ampcast etc?).
Please have a listen to some of my music (URL in location
bar).

Chris.

Damn, I was supposed to go to bed half an hour ago...

sednalom on 2001-06-11 06:21 [#00009181]

od from perth on 2001-06-11 14:20 [#00009213]

i like it how you can actually talk to the people and ask
themm what they use and shit.

Chris Ochre from Newcastle, UK. (www.mp3.com/ochre) on 2001-06-11 18:51 [#00009240]

Put up another full length track with a little back ground
info. Ochre. Im listening to your music now, Very good
Stuff, its helping me study. Your first track has very good
percussion and melody compliments. reminds me of autechre
mixed with Air. Very chill

Chris Ochre from Newcastle, UK. (www.mp3.com/ochre) on 2001-06-11 22:13 [#00009263]

Cheers, Sednalom, I appreciate it!
I'll check out your new uploads, as I really liked 8 Bit
Dreams. You should upload your music on an MSP, if only for
the free webspace. ;)

Chris Ochre from Newcastle, UK. (www.mp3.com/ochre) on 2001-06-11 22:14 [#00009264]

thanks for the info, i'll try to have some kind of web page
dedicated to streaming stuff soon(when summer school is
out). as for now i have my easy to load web page.
I listened to a few of your tracks Ochre, Im just wondering
why they are on mp3.com for free when they should be for
sale on at least a small label?

I just put up another full length song which is ambient yet
a tribute to the legend of zelda.

oh yeah, to answer the question of what equip i use, i use a
roland sequencer which i've come to know inside and out, a
boss drum machine on some tracks a korg ea(blue) and an akai
s2000, plus my computer which helps me when i cant get my
midi stuff off the ground.
