Anyone else heard this? My first impressions are incredibly
positive. the playfulness of Fantasma with the fucking sexy
production of Point. Still uses those lush vocal harmonies
as well. bad to the bone.

The Point reMixes PM is pretty good considering its members
of the general public. definately worth checking out. 5
Point 1 is also awesome. some great videos.

Sensuous is a lot more ummm ambient i guess then Point. a
lot less beats on this album, lots of beautiful noises
though.

oh great!
i'm not sure what i'd really like to now, but sadly it seems
that his creative peak was in '98 with fantasma...

I'm a fan of Point even tho I only like the first half. I
really disliked the Point remixes. I might check this out.

hey
i've bought this cd, just received it... so far the music is
great, but i'm wondering whether my cd is defective : tracks
that are apparently supposed to segue into each other
seamlessly have a 1- or 2-second break between each other...
it happens between Wataridori and Gum, between Omstart and
Beep It, and between Music and Sleep Warm.

is this normal (would be weird, but you never know) or
should i send it back and ask for a replacement cd?

ok, so i've checked the forum of the editor — it's
confirmed that some copies of the cd are defective. just so
you know:

(June 07, 2007, 01:20:40 PM)

"We have begun shipping the ver 2.0 of Sensuous. The gaps
have been corrected. In order to identify a new copy please
notice the vellum belly band. New versions use silver ink
whereas the defective version uses black ink. Additionally
the disc itself uses the color blue on the new version.
Previously there was no blue "paint" on the disc.

Please notify your local store if they are still stocking
the old version. They can return them to Ryko distribution
for replacement.
We will continue to replace defective discs directly under
the following circumstances.

Send your defective disc (keep the package) to Everloving at
3165 Los Feliz Blvd. Los Angeles, Ca. 90039 attn: Cornelius
returns.
We will send you a replacement disc.

Thanks."

bummer. i hope i'll get a new, corrected copy soon...

no, there's just this gap problem. but it's annoying
anyway.

i'll send the cd back and try to get a correct mp3 version
of it on soulseek while i wait... because i'm hooked now : )

No, I mean the song itself: Is its structure so that it
sounds like it starts over many times?

oh... um, no. it does not evolve very much throughout the
track and there is some repetition, but it doesn't sound
like it starts over again at all to me.

the vocals of this track are in norwegian, i think.

the album is also subtitled "la musique du 21ème siècle"
(which means "the music of the 21st century" in french)...
