i never listened to bloc party and then i read the article about them in the observer last weekend and then i thought that the new album will be good and then i got a copy and then i listened and then it was rubish. |

is shit. This has happened to every new alternative band that's released a second album (Franz Ferdinand, The Killers, now Bloc Party). The rawness has completely gone and has been replaced with a much more produced feel. I hate it. |

thats a poor song. where they stood out before for me was in the way the songs seemed to have actually gone somewhere between the start and the end, plus the drumming was really energetic |
