had to choose between sleeping and breathing, my brain just switches my lungs off when i fall asleep :( |

i've been searching the net, there are 2 reasons for stopping breathing when you're asleep, the first once is physical (when i wake up i can feel that my breathing has no physical obstacle), the second one is the brain not commanding the lungs. according to some canadian specialists. i then called a doctor, i may need a machine to help me breathe in the night! fuck! |

Sometimes its spelled apnoea. Sounds unpleasant, do you just wake up gasping for air? Or someone has seen you stop breathing while you are asleep? |

i started waking up with the an impressive physical sensation of oppression. i just recently realized it happened because i was'nt breathing. now i can control it and wake up before the sensation is too horrible. it consists of sleeping 5 seconds every 10 minutes. i'm really pissed off. |

ah yea, i had it once, it started though with question to myself, maybe 2 weeks before, "how come i can breath when i sleep", because, as you know, it's not the same thing as keeping your heart beating best is to trust nature i suppose |
