In extreme circumstances I could see the payments as saving money for society, but only in the most extreme. A related example would be the welfare system supporting the mentally ill and handicapped. If an individual (i got bored of writing this, sorry.) |

I've been on a few anti-psychotics, none of them worked, just made things worse. And I read up on the horrible things said about the particular medication. It's a tough choice, cope with this or do some detrimental damage with a medication. |

this seems pretty unethical to me. my biggest concern would be if someone's getting paid to take their meds, but the meds are having some extreme side effects, and they keep taking them to get more money. |
