Hi there, just thought I'd let you know about my music. I
have created an hour long Drum 'n' Bass track that is
inspired also by electronica, metal and lots of other
styles. There are also 8 electronica tracks, inspired by
Electronica of the Squarepusher/Aphex Twin/ Boards of Canada
style, and also by great Scandinavian metal bands. I play
genuine solidbody electric ukulele and fretless bass.
Here is my site: http://www.myspace.com/s2belectronica

Gashcloth scrabble, it's in the Bio section... why does my
post have a [spam] label now? Is letting people know about
your music considered spam here?

yes, but it's for convenience rather than a judgement

yes. new members self-promoting and then disappearing can be
annoying. i might give this a listen since I'm curious and
avoiding work

My Myspace

Sorry, didn't realise you had to do links manually, I'm used
to forums doing it automatically.

Yeah, it's not a criticism or anything. Anyone and everyone
will get those labels if it's noticed. It's pretty good if
people post a track but name the topic weirdly.

Im enjoying this hour long track, its a fun sound...
enjoyably manic and overblown like live squarepusher + iron
maiden. I think for an hour long piece it doesnt change
enough though, it could be crammed into a really hectic 20
minutes and might be better... kind of dissapointing when
you think its evolving and then it just drops back to where
it was ten minutes before. A little bit more complexity to
the drums, (maybe some breaks) might give it more depth.

thanks very much for the feedback.
It's true that it is quite hard to structure the piece for
an hour. Don't know about the drum breaks/complexity thing
though, I put quite a lot in there already. (I've had
feedback that it's too intense as well...). Well, feedback
is always good, glad you like the "fun" sound.
