when i first heard it didnt think too much of it but its
grown on me. i can picture this song being played as
background music for some epic fight scene in a movie, more
so for an anime.

"No, it's not Queen, it's Muse" was my first thought.

i thought it was reminiscent of queen as well, thats why i
suppose its worth a listen.

It's not too bad, but that chorus, if you can call it a
chorus, really gets on my nerves.. ('no one's gonna take me
aliiiiiiive...') Plus the local alternative station plays
it about 300 times a day. The instrumental parts are nice
though.

i agree the chorus is a bit cheezy but i still find it to be
a good rock song.

muse's first record was "OK"

same with placebo, only their debut album was quite good.
but then....

it's as if commerciality was a must!
"oh!!! lets make the music the masses wanna hear!"

FUCK THAT!!!!!

their best..

nothing "almost" about it! their best album. everything went
pearshaped after it.

verse-chorus-verse-chorus-repeattheversewithoutsinging-chor
the first one was just us for EVERY FUCKING SONG.

the second one actually felt like they were 'adressing some
issues', if you will.

My new theme song, as it were. Sadly, I lack the proper
funds to purchase the album. So for now, I weep.
