i went home a few weeks ago and when i got back, my mum and
sister were sitting there watching "100 greatest animal
movie moments" on channel 5 or some shit. it was at that
moment that i realised that i do not miss TV in the
slightest.

monoid is right, everything i would watch on TV i can get
hold of on DVD or on the net. no point in having a telly
anymore.

Hey Monoid, I heard Samsung makes some funny robots you

reminds of that i recently watched bad taste again,
i love that one + the score
the strings in there are the same like in
markone / plasticman - too hard on rephlex pres. grime

I never watch TV anymore. Or read magazines/papers. Might
check out the new "This Life" Christmas special.

Well, since we are speaking from opinion, I can say matter
of factly that they do. There is no argument about it. DVD's
suck on computer.

1-I work half of my day at work in front of a computer. Why
would I want to do everything else with the same thing I
calculate statistics and email the city with?

and

2-Its much easier to watch a movie with friends when its not
in a room that confortably fits no more that two people with
no room for more than one comfortable chair and one wooden
chair.

yes, no argue. just to accompany these "no, i don't" posts
:)

it is possible to buy a projector and watch dvds from pc
with as many friends as it is possible to stuff in your room
) (but it's not cheap at all, damn it)
