Hmmm. So, is this supposed to be the replacement for their pro-53 synthesizer? I really don't like the direction NI have gone in with their GUI's. They are starting to look like practically everything else out there.

Thats not a good deal :(
(I can't bring myself to buy software, still. I wouldn't mind playing with it for a few minutes tho)

I just bought it. Will keep you all informed.
I was very impressed with Battery 3. I didn't even touch the manual, it's totally logical. I LOVE software like that. Everything does what you'd expect.
Reaktor 5 was way too complicated for me. I totally suck at trying to make my own synths. Although it's almost worth the pricetag for all the premade stuff...almost.
Native Instruments software is great because it's the only one where every preset or template sound is totally awesome. All the other software i've used has loads of shit sounds that belong in made-for-tv movies.

aphextriplet, let us know how the CPU usage is. Can you set the number of voices per patch? And how clean are the oscillators? I'm hoping it's pretty much alias free all the way high up on the keys, at least for the standard oscillator shapes like saw and pulse.
