Your local Citizens advice bureau, police station and
"needle exchange". Talk to private doctors/bupa too. If
there's a rehab centre drop them a line as well.

Also go to classy restaurants and try to engage gansters in
conversation :)

A dissertation is like a very big university essay you do in
