picture of the packaging

quite impressive packaging for sure. but Aube has already
made similar things, taking it a bit further so the
packaging is made from the same source material as the
sounds used (a packaging containing water for an album made
with water sounds, a stone packaging for an album made with
sounds of stones, a metal packaging for an album made with
sounds of metal...)

yeah, I know about this one, got a mail from polish vivo
label earlier this week. only one cd though, way too
expensive, but a great birthday/xmas gift nevertheless.

sounds in the 3 piece remind me of "Bloody Sea", about which
I wrote a review.

The godfather of noise deserves his title. Powerfully
emotional, violently painful, and strangly ambient, Merzbow
seems to be the master of the noise genre. Sure his stuff
might sound pretty annoying at times, but if you imagine his
music to be a form of vibrational, hypnotic, sonic energy
then his music/noise seems to take a new meaning. When you
are in the dominion of Merzbow he will rip out your skull
and replace it with a porcupine, so take caution and open
your minds.
