not bad, not ugly, quite nice but could be out of an 80's
film score

it makes me think of the disintegration loops, actually...
that's not necessarily a bad thing, but only the
disintegration loops are the disintegration loops; you need
to do something more to it...

It's quite nice, isn't it.

You know how contemporary composers like, for instance,
Philip Glass did a new soundtrack for the 1931 film version
of Dracula. Or I think once Aphex Twin played along with
Apocalypse Now. You could redo the soundtrack to Mannequin
Two:on the Move.

hahaha, mannequin on the move! that's the most awesome film
ever!

but is it number two?! what's number one?

If in doubt http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mannequin_(film), there seems to be some
controversy as to whether the sequel was called Mannequin
Two:on the Move, or rather Mannequin: On the Move. Or
Mannequin 2:on the Move.

Oh IMDB provides this information:

Trivia for
Mannequin: On the Move (1991)

* Mannequin On The Move is the actual title of the film.
"Mannequin 2: On The Move" was the poster title that stuck,
but the "Mannequin 2" was only to let audiences know that it
was a sequel.

I'd go with "Mannequin: On the Move", as that's how it's
primarily listed over at IMdb..

look it's even a bit of trivia - "Mannequin On The Move
is the actual title of the film. "Mannequin 2: On The Move"
was the poster title that stuck, but the "Mannequin 2" was
only to let audiences know that it was a sequel."

wait, that says the title is "Mannequin On The Move"..

how odd.. I never figured there'd be anything before
mannequin on the move. it is truly a classic on par with
citizen kane, 2001: a space odyssey and RoboCop!

I missed that, is there a ":" in there or what guys???? The
credibility of IMDB takes yet another swipe.

Interesting AD on this thread now, perhaps of interest to
ix10

the only thing we can be sure about is that it is "a lively

very nice... that beginning is amazing, gets a bit muddy at
some parts but those notes/tones are beautiful.

since i couldn't really find a topic specfically about
recommendations. i guess i'll post here. i'll just say
mention Bill Laswell - Black Dust

its like metal gear solid meets orchestrated funk. i love
this tune.
