Don't you hate it when you'rre awake but you can't be
arrsed to rreach overr and switch yourr alarrm off beforre
it starrts to buzz, and it does starrt to buzz and you'rre
forrced to knock it off? (Then you still hit snooze rratherr
than turrning it off totally)

Orr when you get up well beforre yourr alarrm is set and
laterr on you can hearr it in the backgrround going off? And
it's only when you can't take anymorre of the fucking
niggling sound that you switch it off. I'm experriencing
this one now.

Did you post before or after you finally turned it off?

yes
the above image clearly demonstrates the wonkiness of the
paedophile's eyes. the relevance to "alarrms" is
questionable.

i don't use alarms anymore... since i'm in university, i
have different waking up times everyday and i can't be
bothered to change the alarm time every evening.

now there was something in my room that used to ring at
11.30pm every evening and i never figured out what it was
(not that i really searched for it though). i think it
stopped now but i'm not even sure.

i set my cellphone alarm. i really hate the noise but it
gets met out of bed. i need an alarm otherwise i'd never get
up. even on weekends.

how do you wake up on time then?

I always set my alarm clock for the ideal waking up time and
then my mobile phone alarm for the very latest waking up
time, and I put the phone somewhere that I have to get out
of bed to turn it off, cause getting up is half the battle.
The nokia phone alarm noise feels like what I imagine
putting your head in a microwave would feel like

I don't know if it's right to bring it up, but what happened
to that "goodbye my friends, I've done wrong"-thread or what
it was called?

I hate alarms, their very function is disgusting.

I have managed to train my head to completely ignore
electronic screeching, so I can easily sleep right through
an alarm going off for about 30 to 40 minutes.

I have also trained my head into forgetting an alarm has
woken me up. so I'll wake up, hours later than I was
intending to, my alarm switched off, but with no memory of
physically switching the thing off at all. and it certainly
was switched on the night before.

my old alarm stops after an hour, much to my amazement. my
alarm clock is on the over side of the room, but often i
just get up and turn it off and go back to bed.

my alarm is loud and shrill enough to pulverize marble.

i hate it, but i'd sleep 14 hours a day without it.

I've never used an alarm clock. My internal body clock is
wicked. I can decide a time to wake up and BAM I wake up
fully refreshed at that time. I have never been late for
anything in my life.

I wake up to Avril 14 in low quality from my phone every
morning so I listen to it before my phone decides I want to
snooze.

Ever wake up every morning at the exact same time even
without an alarm? For a long time I was always waking up at
11:17am. It's very strange too because I'd go to sleep at
different times.
