presentense is good, but it needs more structure if it's
going to be this long. can I borrow your drummer for a
track?

not enough structure? do not listen to morton feldman then.
[6 hr string quartets]

the unstrucuredness is purposefull.

yes, yes, I've heard stuff like this before, and I do enjoy
some of it, but it also takes an awful lot of skill to
actually pull it off.. don't get me wrong, I like the track,
but it also makes me think that there is some
structure missing (actively), so it isn't as good as it
could be.

Experimental. presentense is like a mellower version of
Asteroid Power Up.

i guess what i am saying is : things w/ less traditional
structure are such that people can take interpretations any
way they wish. its vauge. the fact that you are talking
about things that could be there instead of what is actually
there - is a tribute to the vaugeness. it makes you want
things to happen when they are not. it repeats and builds
tension w/ few releases. so its not a matter of being slick
enough to pull anything off bc its just a bunch of noise.

but i appreciate the interest.

i make a lot of tracks like this. they are like
meanderments.

I thought it was a bit of nothing. It wasn't vague by any
sense just boring and un-challenging. You're not morton
feldman and you don't have his skills to play around with.
Maybe you can see some 'tension' as it's your effort but
evidently to others it is of little merit.

im not morton feldman? well that sucks. my life is over.
bc i was totally convinced that i was him, w/ skills in
tow. one could obviously hear this in both of our uses of
durm machines and synthesizers and drumsets.

like i said - people can take away wha ttey want. if you
think its worthless - thats awesome. so far all comments
ive had from this track from the internet has been all over
the place from "incredible" to "a bit of nothing" - which,
is cool bc it means that it means totally different things
to other people. and is pretty consistant w/ all the
comments i get for anything.

i used to think brian eno was boring and 'a bit of nothing'
- but i guess such a camparison, with the help of some
gigantic unfounded leaps in logic, would make some think
that i must believe i am him.

bc i am.

ive secretly been posting here as some other guy.

but im really brian eno.

and morton feldman is sitting on my couch where hes been -
making noises w/ a rubber band for 2 days straight.

it's alright, funny cutting here and there. the bassy synth
thingie sounds rather shite, though. all in all a nice
THING, not my thing completely but i have no problem
listening to it anyway. the direction is just not my kind of
cup of sort of tea.
